Welding of steel structures

Welding of steel structures is an area of technical production in which our company has specialized for years. We weld objects and structures made of stainless or carbon steel. In the process of joining steel elements, we use the following methods:

  • MIG/MAG,
  • TIG,

The first method involves the generation of an electric arc between the head and the material. Characteristic of this method is an electric arc wrapped in a shield of mechanical gases, such as, for example, inert argon or chemically active carbon dioxide.

The second method - TIG - involves welding using a tungsten electrode and a shield of chemically inert noble gas - usually argon.

Our company deals with welding of small parts, standard-sized components and large-scale structures. The details of the order are always carefully agreed with the customer.

Our company welds small components of standard size and large-scale structures.

Welding of plastics and non-ferrous materials

In addition to welding steel components, our company also does welding of structural plastics and aluminum. We guarantee the precise and solid joining of components, and provide welds with the highest performance. After the process of Welding PE or PP is completed, we additionally grind the joined elements and remove any sharp edges and ends.

What does PE welding PP welding consist of?

Welding of plastics in principle is no different from welding metals. In both cases, we are dealing with the joining of components by melting their edges in order to plasticize them. When welding polyethylene or polypropylene, a binder in the form of a strip of plastic of the same type is added between the parts to be joined, which is also subjected to high temperatures. This creates a weld that retains its ductility until the plastic solidifies. During this time, it is possible to make some adjustments to the geometry of the part. Since different plastics melt at different temperatures, it is necessary to choose the right temperature - an attempt to weld at too high a temperature ends in irreparable damage to the material.

In our company, we use only professional, specially designed welding machines for welding plastics, which guarantees good final results without material losses. We are engaged in welding a wide variety of products and structural components, including tanks, pipes, guides, frames and many others. At our CNC company, we also offer design and construction of machinery and equipment!
